The Kelpies at The Helix, Falkirk — Kaul Group operates three Scottish holiday properties in Falkirk and one in South Croydon, London

A small collection of UK retreats

Six houses.
Six places worth going.

Owner-managed. Direct-booked. Five of six welcome dogs. We answer the phone.

The portfolio

We restored six houses across the UK because we couldn’t find ones that made us want to come back.

Each property is restored with the same standards we’d apply to a home of our own. Kitchens that work properly, beds you sleep in for ten hours and don’t want to leave, bathrooms that don’t disappoint at 2am.

Why direct

Same houses, better price, real humans.

5% saving every night

Booking direct skips Airbnb’s service fees, and we pass the saving on. £20–£35 a night on most of our houses.

Replies within four hours

A real person, not a chatbot. Every day, including Sundays. We answer questions before you book and stay reachable while you’re here.

No hidden fees

The price you see is the price you pay. Linen, towels, log baskets, and end-of-stay clean are included on every booking.
